Last personal training session last night before the run- went over on my ankle- hopefully will be all better by Sunday!

Many of you will be aware I lost my best friend to this disease. Jo battled with Leukaemia 3 times throughout her life and unfortunately lost the battle when she was 25.

Jo was such a kind hearted and great girl and I miss her every day. I am running my first ever half marathon in her memory. When trainig gets tough I just remember why I am doing this.
