<p>Hi</p>
<p>We did it! In the company of 29 other intrepid trekkers, Gemma and I had the adventure of a lifetime. We enjoyed walking along the Great wall taking in fantastic views of the countryside, mastering the steps some shallow and some steep and having time to ponder the mysteries of China. A highlight for me was hearing the stories of other trekkers, especially the foster carers.</p>
<p>Equally inspiring was the support from all sorts of people who gave generously to our various fundraising events. We were touched and humbled by the support and good wishes that we received. It made it all worthwhile.</p>
