Animals Asia is working to end the barbaric practice of bear bile farming. Its Moon Bear sanctuaries in China and Vietnam are helping to educate consumers not to buy bear bile. Animals Asia is also working to end the suffering of millions of cats and dogs in the brutal food and fur trades.

My story

I'm doing a charity trek through the highlands of Vietnam to raise as much money as possible for the worthy cause, Animals Asia...I will be covering the travelling costs myself so anyone who pledges can be assured that their money will go straight to the charity. So, please donate today!

Animals Asia is working hard to try and end the cruel torture of the bear bile trade. In China and Vietnam, so many bears are captured and smuggled into bear farms where they are kept in cages not much bigger than them, and their bile is extracted for use in Chinese medicine.

The money raised will go to the continuing work of the moonbear sanctuaries, where the rescued bears can live out their years in safety.
