Experian Robin Hood Marathon 2007 · 16 September 2007 ·

It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please give as much or as little as you can, it will all make a difference!

I lost my Dad, Neil Angell, to pancreatic cancer in January.  He was a great runner and ran numerous marathons and races to raise money for good causes.  I could not think of a more fitting way to support Pancreatic Cancer UK, than to follow in my Dad's footsteps and run my first half marathon.  So with the expert training of my long-suffering boyfriend Pete, we are going to run the Robin Hood half marathon in September - wish us luck!!

Thanks everyone for your great support.
