RSI Action is the only national charity providing help, support and advice for repetitive strain injuries (RSI) in the UK. RSI Action is working to raise awareness of RSI conditions and aims to achieve major change in the way sufferers are diagnosed, treated and supported.

Story

I have an Upper Limb Disorder that was caused by a Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). This means I have pain in my hands and wrists whenever I write/drive/type (I'm voice activated now!) and even chop my own food! The really frustrating thing is that there is almost no research into the condition and a general attitude that it doesn't really exist!

So I decided that if I can't use my hands, I'll use my legs and run the London 10K for RSI action, who campaign to prevent RSIs and support people through the physical and emotional minefield of RSIs.

Please sponsor me as much or as little as you can to help me (and motivate me on the dreaded treadmill!) and RSI Action! Thank you very much for your support!
