Cancer Is Shit 

(so sorry for this language, but in this case I believe it is justified). 

In the aim of raising some much needed money for research, cancer kicking activities and vital support to our friends, family and loved ones... we have made the decision to leave the safety of the Fitness Protection Programme and do the Walk for Life with our beautiful Anna. We have dusted off our walking shoes, I have rammed myself into active wear and now I am sending out a plea for some sponsorship (we know money is very difficult for many at the moment, but if you have a spare coffee or pint you would like to donate, we would be extremely grateful). Daz is kicking it off, just so he can get me out of his hair for a few hours, Catherine said she would give me a pound (or maybe two if I look really funny) just to see a photo of me squeezed in to a pair of too tight leggings and now I am asking if you would be willing to sponsor me or anyone else .... and thank you for reading.
