Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

As you will know I am the fundraiser for Leeds Mencap and my job is to raise money for the charity, which I care about dearly.  I think this is slightly above and beyond the call of duty, however I seem to have dropped myself in it and my name is now on the list!

The event will involve me whizzing across Headingley stadium at 30mph from the top of the Carnegie stand, which is very high (!).  So I need lots of sponsorship so it makes it impossible for me to back out! 

Leeds Mencap is a lifeline to hundreds of families across Leeds who have family members with a learning disability.  We offer friendship and advice at a time when people may feel vulnerable and isolated.  We have Playschemes, a residential home, Youth Clubs, family support and with more funding we could do so much more!  I can't stress enough how important these services are and I am proud to work with such a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who are passionate about what we do. 

I hope you will be able to suppport me in raising money for such a great cause.
