My nephew Samuel was born with a rare congentical heart condition and underwent open heart surgery last August.

When Samuel was in Birmingham children's hospital Edward's Trust provided my sister and Simon with accommodation and support.  This service wouldn't be there if it wasn't for the dontions made by people, so please sponsor me and support this charity.   

Samuel will have to undergo other operations over the course of his life so it is vital for us and other parents that these facilities and support exisit

£10 provides afternoon tea at Edward House, £25 pays for holistic supportive care to ease stress and anxiety, £50 pays for out reach support, £100 provides a home for home for a family for a week, £280 can help provide support and counselling for a bereaved parent for a month
