As some of you may be aware, myself and Crispy, are taking our lives, and our behinds, into our own hands (not literally, that wouldnt be easy to cycle) and are completing the London to Paris cycle ride from 18-22 June 2008.

Why are we doing this?  Well its all in aid of Breast Cancer Care which we are sure you all agree is a very worthwhile cause.  We have to raise £3000 between us otherwise we shall be locked in a Paris jail never to return (whilst this may sound like an attractive prospect to some of you, the charity would appreciate the money more than they want to lock us up).
