Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 25th September 2014 my beautiful baby daughter Kate was born. She spent the first 4 months of her life in hospital with various complications and was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.

Kate has been doing well since we proudly brought her home in January. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust fund the research for pioneering treatments for CF and are doing some amazing work. Over the past few years there have been major developments in the treatment of CF and with your help they can continue to revolutionise the treatment of this awful condition.

The Olympic Distance Triathlon consists of a 1.5km swim, 40km cycle and a 10km run.

Last year I completed this in 2hrs 40mins. This year I am going to beat this time in honour of my daughter.

Kate has fought and battled her way through so much in her short life and is my hero and inspiration.

My wife Suzanne and I would appreciate any donation to this wonderful cause.

Many thanks.
