PEAS is a UK charity which aims to make a sustainable, long-term difference to the lives of African children. It does this through the foundation and development of low-fee secondary schools, helping vocation centred secondary education become available to a greater number of young Africans.

Story

Hello everyone and thanks for looking us up.  This Sunday -22nd March we joined with students at The Elmgreen School - walking 10k through London and crossing 10 bridges on the way to help raise money for a new secondary school in Uganda. (We got involved in creating a school in sunny Norwood - why not one in Uganda too?!)

We had a great time - the weather was glorious and it was lovely to join the Elmgreen students who were a credit to the school. Thanks to everyone who's  sponsored us. When we got to the last few bridges it really helped us keep going, knowing we had your support!

If you'd like to sponsor us please use this Justgiving page. It's quick, easy and totally secure and it’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us. Promoting Equality in African Schools (PEAS) gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving claims back tax from the Inland Revenue - so that 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor us now!
