Here we go again!

Yes i've signed up again for another crack at the Bupa Great North Run. Training has started - so we'll see if I survive! I was on a mission to beat my previous time - big thanks to all you supporters in 2006 when I raised £1,349.10 and made it over the line in 2 hours 17.  Unfortunately due to a recent spout of the shingles, and the subsequent shot immune system, i'm just aiming to get round the course this year in my best possible time.

I'm raising money again for Cancer Research in memory of my Dad who died from cancer in 1991 - so all donations would be greatly appreciated to help Cancer Research continue their good work.
