About my charity : Cardiac Risk in the Young Cardiac Risk in the Young
Hundreds of young people die unexpectedly of heart defects every year. CRY works to raise awareness of Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) and campaigns for proactive screening of young people. It offers help and support to those who have suffered a loss, provides medical information, carries out Mobile Cardiac Screening and ECG Testing Programmes within local communities and contributes to medical research. Can't believe i'm actually going to be running the london marathon.

I'm proud to be running for CRY. My best friend's brother sadly passed away at the young age of 14 from a heart defect so this is a charity i feel strongly about.

My training's going well, difficult to fit it in with the show but i'm starting to really feel myself making  progress, very exciting! To anyone who has sponsored me or is thinking of sponsering via the Joseph website, bless you, I am so touched by it and I hope to see you soon at the show!
