I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life on Sunday 19th July doing a 5K walk in Hyde Park. 

As some of you may know I recently lost someone very close to me to cancer and 7 years ago I also lost my Dad to cancer. This horrible illness has taken so many people's lives and affected millions of people in various ways. Let's do our part in trying to help Cancer Research UK fight this illness.
