My friend Heidi Rock has recently been diagnosed with cancer for the second time in 5 years and instead of allowing herself to become a victim to the big C she is preparing herself for the biggest fight of her life. She is an amazing inspirational women. The very least i can do is join her army of women in running the race for life- i have never ran in my life and Imogen has decided to join me too!!
