I have 7 weeks to get fit and ready to run 10k! 

For most of you who know me I am not in to exercise but I am into a challenge and this is definately a challenge for me. I am taking it on and in the process I would like to raise some money for  the charity that was so important to a great and very much missed friend, Alex Hood.

Andy on the other hand is alot fitter than me but is still training hard in order to do the race in a good time and he is also supporting me in raising money for DebRA.
