I'm running the Bupa Great South Run on 28th October 2007 with one of my best mates Philippa Allum.  And no, we're not really fit and dynamic, we haven't started to train yet!  (Always plan to do that tomorrow....).  We're just hoping for a brilliant day out and to raise as much money as we can for a great cause.   Oh, and to cross the finish line ten miles later, hopefully before they pack it away!
