Our personal message:

It's summer, it must be time for me to don lycra and take to the trusty stead for a trip to the seaside! Yes folks, it's time for the london to Brighton Bike Ride. Once again I'm asking for your support to help me raise funds for the British Heart Foundation who do all that lovely research into heart conditions and helping those with dodgey tickers.

As ever, you can donate online using your debit card and your money will speed it's way to BHF; don't forget to put gift aid on it and they'll get some of your tax money back from the goverment to boot!
