I've decided to give myself the challenge of a triathlon. It's going to be trickier than I first thought, but with a little support just aiming to finish and enjoy it really. 

What I have to endure - 750m sea swim, 20k bike and 5k run.

Have decided to raise money for Marie Curie because I lost my Grandad two years a go and they were a big help to our family. This is a way of saying thank you, and giving something back.
