On the 2nd of July i will be taking part in the London 10K challenge in order to support the work of a fantastic charity by the name of the ACE Centre in Oxford. I have never completed a challenge like this before so would really appreciate your support. I also have plans to compete in the Great North Run, and the daddy of them all, the London Marathon, so any support really is appreciated.
