Many members of my family and friends that I now work with, have been sent to war zones and will continue to do so. I will most likely be sent to Afghansitan sometime next year. Therefore I felt that the charity 'Help for Heroes'  was woth fundraising for; to reach high sums of money, to provide a highly equiped rehabilitation centre for injured personnel from Afghansitan and Iraq.

If you agree with the cause,or just want to continue to see me in my sexy lycra, then please sponsor me as much as possible! This will encourage me to keep attending spinning classes (despite falling off like Bridget Jones), conquer those hills (aka mountains), and make me feel that lycra and chaffing (too much info?!) has all been worthwhile.

This will be a huge personal challenge - as the mileage covered has already made its mark -but more importantly, it will be a way to give something back to those who have behaved so bravely, and sometimes at a personal cost.
