Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Hello all,

I am challenging myself this October by attempting the Great South Run on the 25th October. I have never taken part in anything like this before so it shall be an interesting experience.
I am running for TOLFA (Tree Of Life For Animals), it is a charity that I have worked for in India that treats sick and injured street animals and are also carrying out a rabies control programme in the area, as India has the highest number of rabies related deaths per year than any other country. Since TOLFA has been set up, they have halved the amount of rabies deaths in that area.

Now to the nitty gritty.
I am aiming to raise £1000 for TOLFA and would be really grateful if you would sponsor me, just visit http://www.justgiving.com/katiewing

Just £5 pounds can provide rabies vaccines for 20 dogs.
