On 12th July 2009 I'll be running the London 10k in memory of Rosie Dwyer to raise money for ACE Africa, a charity which helps communities affected by HIV and AIDS in Kenya and Tanzania.  Anything you can donate would be wonderful as it's an extremely worthy cause and a really special way to keep her memory alive.  Although as many of you know I used to run quite a lot back in the day, this would be my first race is a good few years so it will be pretty challenging and this is a great cause to persuade me to put my running shoes back on, so please help me get to my target of £100.
