As most of you know, I had the idea to set up La Vida over two years ago following a trip to Brazil.  Since then, the charity has raised over £80,000 for many different health and education projects in Latin America including Brazil, Guatemala, Colombia and Peru.

On July 6th I am running the British 10k London Run to raise more funds for La Vida.
