Well it's done.  And so am I.  In a slightly faster time than before, thanks to my pace-maker Wendy...

And in case you're wondering, that's not all sweat, it was raining!

I've finally bitten the bullet and signed up to do the Great Scottish Run half marathon on the 6th Sept 2009.  I'm raising money for Accord Hospice in Paisley and I'll need all the support I can get.
