I am doing a sponsored walk as part of a group to raise as much money possible for MacMillan Cancer Support. The walk is taking please on June 2nd 2012 from Helen's Bay to Crawfords Burn & back.

Each person that is taking part in the walk have their own personal reasons for doing this. A few years back my Auntie Debbie was diagnosed with cervical cancer and had to endure intense treatment including chemo, radiotherapy and bracitherapy.  She had wonderful help & support not only from the friends she made during her stayin hospital  but from the Macmillan Nurse's also. Thankfully Debs got the all clear just 9/10 months after being diagnosed as she is a strong person and fought the cancer with all she had and more.

I'm sure that everyone has been affected but cancer in some way, should it be through yourself, or a family member. MacMillan is a great chartiy and have done so much for so many people. Please find it in your hearts to help us raise as much money as possible, it would be greatly appreciated.
