This is a long distance challenge for all makes of 4x4 in aid of The Macmillan cancer support. The event is being held between the 9^th and 11^th March 2007.

 

Last year the Mac 4x4 challenge raised £67,000 for Macmillan cancer support and in total the challenge has raised over £200,000 with donations of over £17,500 already for this year’s event.

With this in mind K B Communications are hoping to raise a minimum of £1000 for the fund through personal sponsorship of the team members and sponsorship of the vehicle.

The reason kb communications have chosen to take part in this challenge is to assist Macmillan to continue with the excellent work they do supporting cancer sufferers during a most trying and difficult time as they did with one of my close family members.

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are three times as many people in Britain living with cancer than there were 30 years ago. In fact over a million people have had a cancer diagnosis, and one in three of us will be diagnosed at some point in our lives.

Macmillan cancer support receives no government funding and in fact 99% of their income is from public donations
