It's that time of year again when a few of us at EMB Ltd decided to dust off our running shoes, limber up and take part in a run for our chosen charity.

This year we are delighted to be taking part in the 5km Heroes run on Sunday 27th June in aid of the East Midlands Air Ambulance service.

For the majority of us, we will never need them, but recognise the valuable life saving resources available for those people who have. 

This is a small way of raising awareness as well as money for the charity along with the people who make this crucial life line possible.
