Our personal message:

Well it's that time of year again.  Foolishly we've decided to do the Manchester 10km run again, and this time we've persuaded more of our staff to run with us.

We've got a wide range of ages and abilities running this year (see photo!). Please dig deep and sponsor us online - we need all the help we can get!
