Hi everyone.

Starting this coming Monday 17th August my friend Dave and myself will be cycling the length of Britain for our chosen charity Saint Helena Hospice in Colchester. 

This is particularly close to my heart as it is where my mum spent the last few weeks of her life being cared for by the wonderful team there. She had been fighting cancer for a number of years and her last weeks were made a lot easier by being at the hospice. I can say the team there work tirelessly and all donations will help them so much.
