The Alzheimer's Society branch in Bradley Stoke is this year's Mayoral Charity for the council I serve on as a councillor. I'm running the Bristol Half Marathon and would be grateful for any support you can give!

Training is going well... off out again tomorrow evening all for the final run at the end of the month! Eek!
Fundraising going very well. Thanks to friends at Frazer-Nash, and the company's match funding scheme, I have raised £140 offline so far in additio to that on JustGiving.com Thank you all! :-D
Bristol 10K tomorrow; under half the distance I'll be running in September, but a good start. :)
