I am pleased to report that I completed The London British 10K run on Sunday 6th July in a time of 52.30 mins. The Event was won by the Olympic Marathon Runner Stefano Baldini in a time of 30.06. I was delighted with my time as my target time was to run just under the hour therefore not a bad first effort in my first 10k ? Over 26000 runners took part in what were unsettled weather but ideal running conditions. Many thousands of supporters were on route to provide the much needed encouragement which was very much appreciated by all the participants. On behalf of Racing Welfare Charity a big thank you to all who so generously sponsored me for this event and made my weeks of training so worthwhile. For those who still wish to contribute to my fundraising please do so via this secure site.I will be keeping my web page open until October so please help to boost my sponsorship total by donating to this worthy charity.
Many thanks for all your support , Keith
