I will be swimming the Great North Swim with friends from the Outdoor Swimming Society at 09:00 on Sunday, 13 September 2009 (the second day of this two day event).

Well the event is over and I swam the one mile course in 47 minutes 16 seconds - there is still time to make a donation to the Charity :-)

I have agreed with the Charity that these donations will go to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary Stroke Unit.
