As you may or may not know I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis last year & this year I've decided to help fund raise for Arthritis Care by doing 'Amble for Arthritis' a 3 mile walk along the Thames on May 8th

 

Currently there is no cure for Arthritis & it's a life changing & potentially disabling disease that most people don't really know a lot about thinking of it as 'an old person's disease'.
