Please help me in raising money for South West Children's Heart Circle.  This is a charity which supports children and families throughout the South-West who are going through heart surgery.

As you know, I went through heart surgery when I was 11 and came out fighting.  These last couple of years have been such a struggle as my heart is failing once more and the prospect of more surgery is iminent and most likely to be a heart transplant.

I had a fantastic charity fancy dress party on 14 March 2009 where I managed to raise money for some charities close to my heart.  Please help me in continuing to raise awareness of all the children suffering with heart defects out there together with supporting this fantastic charity.
