Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In April 2012, my big brother Dean was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme, Grade 4. (Terminal Brain Cancer) Dean was so brave and fought through 2 huge operations to first de-bulk the tumour and second to remove as much of the tumour as possibe and perform a biopsy. Dean underwent 6 weeks of daily radiotherapy along with months of chemotherapy. Dean never complained and stayed strong throughout everything his body was put through.
Sadly, the treatments did not work and did lost his battle with Cancer on the 14th November 2012 after saying his final goodbyes. We as a family we're devasted and vowed to continue in our fight to help raise funds towards a cure.
In Dean's honour we have opened an Umbrella group with Brain Tumour Research and will continue our fundraising for as long as we are able. Please support us today and donate as much or as little as you can afford!!
