On November the 3rd 2005 my brother Adam was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. A rare form of Leukaemia that affects only 10 in every 100,000 people per year. After 2 and a half years, his chemotherapy is now finally coming to an end and it is all thanks to Leukaemia Research that his ongoing treatment successfully put him into remission, where he is today!!!
Since then my fiance Dan and I signed up for volunteer work at Leukaemia Research fundraising events, and are proud to have been a part of the London Bikathon 2006 & 2007
This year however, we have decided to take the next step…….. On the 13th of July we will be taking part in The London Bikathon 2008, which is a 26 mile bike ride in aid of Leukaemia Research. We would greatly appreciate it if you would support us in supporting a cause that is extremely close to our hearts
So please sponsor us now! And please pass this page onto as many people as possible!
Many thanks in advance for your support. Kelly & Dan
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Leukaemia Research will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
