I will be taking part in the Flora London Marathon on the 26th April 2009 on behalf of the charity, Reach.

This is my first - and probably last!!  - marathon.  The training is hard work but thankfully joining me on all of the longer training runs is my good friend Kal who will also be  competing in his first marathon on the 26th.  He has kindly offered to help me raise funds for the charity.
