Hello everyone!
I'm running my first-ever marathon on 31 May. Training has been gruelling. I've decided that running to help people see (instead of running just for myself) will really keep me going, hence this.
I'm running 42.195 km on 31 May to raise money for the Graham Layton Trust, which funds Pakistani hospitals that provide free diagnosis and treatment for curable eye diseases.
A donation of as little as £15 can fund a cataract operation to restore one person's sight. £300 is 20 people.
For more about the Graham Layton Trust, please see: http://www.glt.org.uk/
And this is from Justgiving:
"Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Graham Layton Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you."
Thanks everyone! Be safe. Catch up soon.
