Thank you for visiting Clare Jones fundraising page created in memory of my father who sadly passed away on the 9th November last year.

I am taking part in the annual women's midnight walk in the Wyre Forest. Starting at the stroke of midnight, hundreds of women will step out through the moonlight to raise funds for KEMP Hospice. Join together with your friends, family and colleagues for another magical event. Last year's walkers raised a magnificent £34, 464 which went directly towards patient care.

Please give generously as the work they do with patients and bereaved families is priceless.
