I always said “I would never run a Marathon”.  Having done a fair amount of running in the past and completed a few half marathons I have some idea of what an enormous challenge and sacrifice it would be.  However…..

One little deaf child touched my heart this year.

I have been fortunate to see the great work NDCS does in helping all deaf children to reach their potential.  If I can help raise a little money towards this work, then a few aches, pains, early mornings and a gruelling training routine will be worth it.
