I am getting my brave hat on and doing a charity abseil for Leeway Women’s Aid, the charity I used to work for.  It is on the 20^th June is a 100ft drop off of the EDP building in Norwich.

Those of you who know me well will be aware that, whilst I have done some of this before, I am terrified of falling backwards off things and as I have not done any of this for a while it will need all my brave hats at once!

Leeway Women's Aid do amazing work and events like this are essential to the organisation in order for them to continue to improve services for women and children who suffer from domestic violence.
