Story

I'm running the Brighton marathon to raise money for Shine, a charity that help people with hydrocephalus and spina bifida.

My gorgeous nephew is now 2 years old, and growing by the day, but a couple of years ago we all weren't sure whether he'd make it that far. He had to go through brain operations when he was tiny and helpless, and all Alison and Patrick could do was look on and pray for the best.

Shine helped them cope with a really tough time in their lives, and understand more about the condition and how it will affect their son and them.

Give whatever you can, and I'll be giving as much as I can, despite my fat ass and natural disposition to exercise.

(it says Brighton 2013 at the top of this page, but it is 2014, I had to cancel last year due to bad legs)
