We knew Helen through others and know how special she was to lots of people for so many reasons.

Special people attract others to be more, so I guess its inspired us to get involved and be part of an amazing tribute.

We will be aiming to smile laugh and enjoy the company of our fellow "athletes" through every step stroke and rotation of the race and with a bit of luck make a few new friends along the way.
