<p>Since 1990 I have been participating in Triathlon as a way of keeping fit,meeting and making new like minded friends,seeing places I wouldn't of thought of going to and primarily pushing myself &nbsp;taking on these&nbsp;physical challenges.To this date I have raced 13 Ironman races ,represented GB as an age grouper on four occasions and more importantly made some great mates.One of these being Richard Iles of&nbsp;RACENEWFOREST &nbsp;fame.He together with another friend came up with the idea of 7 TRIATHLONS IN 7 DAYS,races which Richard organised in his series.thiswas what I was looking for a bigger challenge ,but also a way of giving something back by way of competing for a worthwhile charity.As with Richard I have chosen the Trussel Trust.So with Richard and two other friends between the 8th and 14th August 2011 I will take on the challenge of competing four half Ironmen,one sprint ,one olympic and&nbsp; one Ironman triathlon&nbsp;totalling 13.5km swim,560km bike 141km run.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
