2010 will see the 4th anniversary of Johnny Bickers who was and still is in memory the honary older brother of the Mcswiggan clan. Taken away so suddenly with a heart issue that no-one was aware of!

 

Due to this tragic loss i shall be running the london marathon 2010 and raising as much money and awareness for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) who work tirelessly to prevent the loss i have experienced and still find hard to believe is true.

 

Training will be hard and painfull but in the end it will all be worth it!
