It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am eager to take part in this fund raising event as a way of fighting back against the disease that effects so many and needs every penny raised for important ongoing research.  

This year I will be riding with my life- long friend whose wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment.  She is battling the disease  and living life to the full . Truly inspirational . 

As an ex-rugby player and a coach, rather than a honed cyclist, this ride will be a tough challenge, but this is nothing to the daily challenge faced by pancreatic cancer patients and their families, and this will be always in my mind during the training and on the big day itself.

I started training on Christmas Day to be sure of being ready for the 31st July!  Please support me with any donation you can spare..
