Abbeyfield is an amazing small charity that looked after my Grandad for a number of years.  I was really grateful for the level of care and attention my Grandad received when he was a resident at their  Bootle and Litherland care homes, but more impressed with the independence and dignity Abbeyfield ensured was retained.
