--- 'Training' update 21st April
My longest run is still 16 miles as I have had an injured knee for the last month. I was out of the country for nearly 2 weeks so I've only just got something done about it. It's been massaged, I have stretching exercises to do and I have strong painkillers. All this means that I'll probably end up walking most of the marathon but I will get round!
If you're interested, I have ITBS or ilio-tibial band syndrome. Grr.
