On Sunday October 5th I will be putting on my running shoes again and running the Great North Run again for a 3rd time but as an extra challenge two weeks later on October 19th I will also be competing in the Cardiff Half Marathon both on behalf of Breast Cancer Care.
Last year I manage to break my PB by nearly 20 minutes over the half marathon distance and have also smashed my 10k PB. My build up begins in March with the Hastings and Paddock Wood Half Marathons on the 16th and 30th of March
I will continue to update you on my progress throughout the year.
